The job involves working on a latest, state of the art UML tool, Objecteering (www.objecteering.com).
The successful candidate will:
¿ Take part in the testing processes of our company;
¿ Be responsible for the creation and configuration of the test environments;
¿ Be responsible for the creation of the test plan documents, the acceptance test scenarios (based on the applications functional specifications) and the test data;
¿ Perform the system tests, regression tests, performance tests, and acceptance tests;
¿ Create test reports and analyze the test results;
¿ Create automated tests using automated testing tools when necessary;
¿ Ensure the high quality of the application releases.
Basic requirements:
¿ University degree, preferable in Computer Science or related discipline;
Main skills
¿ Experience in testing methodologies;
¿ Experience in working with several O/S environments (Windows, UNIX);
¿ Fluent in English (both spoken and written);
¿ Well organized and responsible person;
¿ Team player;
¿ Self-motivated and proactive to solve problems and accomplish assignment independently;
¿ Ability to quickly adapt technical concepts.
Bonus skills :
¿ Experience in elaborating test plans and test specifications;
¿ Experience on automated testing tools and scripting languages will be considered an asset;
¿ General knowledge about programming languages and programming concepts;
¿ UML knowledge;
¿ French Language;
