On behalf of our client, local privately held company specialized in online products and applications development, we are looking the best candidate that suits the position of Software QA Engineer.
Requirements:
• University degree in computer science or equivalent;
• Knowledge of the software development process and life cycle;
• Knowledge and understanding of the Quality Assurance process;
• QA experience in minimum 2 medium / large size projects;
• Medium knowledge of databases, web programming and communication protocols;
• Programming skills in C#, ASP.NET, PHP, HTML, CSS, AJAX or JavaScript represent an advantage;
• End to end automated testing experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain test plans and documentation;
• Establishing the testing method and defining the steps to follow for testing;
• Creating test-cases and scenarios;
• Execute tests, discover and investigate issues/bugs;
• Report bugs and verify fixes;
• Develop and maintain automated tests;
• Customer support in identifying operational problems;
• Writing manuals and specifications documents.
