- Software development management in terms of Planning, Quality, Costs and Deliverables
- Managing requirements and change requests from the stakeholders from specifications to functional tests
- Providing technical leadership to his software team
- Interacting with other departments
- Maintaining the projects schedule
- Managing the software supplier
- Organizing and carrying out meetings and presentations for the stakeholders
- Reporting the project progress and quality status to the System Project Manager and your Hierarchy, understanding the importance of achieving the milestones
- University Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Control or Computer Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Embedded Software development (automotive preferred)
- Minimum 1 years of experience in coordinating a project team
- Knowledge in the area of embedded software development for real-time systems
- Knowledge of test environment, tools (Matlab, Simulink and it's an advantage to know INCA, CANalyzer, dSpace/ETAS HIL systems), process and methods
- Knowledge in the area of powertrain (engine or transmission), internal combustion engines or gearboxes is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of English and/or French
- Driving license is required or will be needed from the first two months on the job
