• Check if the customer is already in the system and if not create the new customer;
• Book the order base on the template form or FOBO tool request;
• Create the invoice for trade orders; print invoices (in country SAP printer/ e-mail)
• Raise and follow up on support calls if technical problems arrives
• May set requests "on hold" if information is missing or unclear or if a new customer record needs to be set up in WWCYSSIS / CRS.
• Will provide an Excel summary of orders booked and invoices raised for reference. This report will be stored on SharePoint.
• Follow up the correction process when applicable
• Develop and maintain a very good communication with the Front Offices, Finance Analysts and OM Specialists
• Advise countries about venue and organizational details if needed
• Ensure business controls and audit compliance in the related activities
• Able to analyze and solve problems of medium to high complexity in multiple fields.
• Ensure that processes are optimized and that knowledge is transferred to all involved parties at the interfaces to other functions
• Manages customer documentation.
• Assures compliance with the standards of business conduct.
• Knows and uses the internal network.
• Ensure back-up for all data (mails, communication, documents etc.)
• Fluent English knowledge, or fluent English and French knowledge.
• A computer literate — Microsoft Package (particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer)
• Good communication skills
• Quality and details oriented with high analytical skills
