Ixia’s Software Development organization is seeking a Development Test Engineer who will own and drive test automation. Initial responsibilities include development of the automation harness, development and execution of test plans/cases, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of early quality validation of our software product line.
This position requires the ability to learn advanced product features early in the software development life cycle, and apply proven test methodology to ensure correctness of our software before delivery to our Quality Assurance organization. This position is ideal for an experienced Quality Assurance professional seeking greater involvement in early-stage software development, or seeking a path into software programming/development.
