We are currently seeking an executive level person to run our Project Services department in Bucuresti. Candidates should have experience in strategic project and team management within a client or consulting service focused on software development, web or interactive solutions, and infrastructure solutions. Experience should demonstrate a deep understanding of technology and business drivers and an affinity for client service
- Management of projects and staff members;
- Ensuring client engagements are delivered in a manner which meets/exceeds customer expectations
-Advising, coaching and partnering with cross-functional teams on project delivery,
-Assignment of Practice staff to projects and optimal resource management;
-Identifying client satisfaction, quality and monetary risks for the Practice and proactively coaching staff to mitigate risk
-Serves as an expert in Practice solutions, products and implementation and with prospects in an advisory and sales support capacity;
-Manage, develop, coach and direct a technical team
-Develop and implement plans to meet business and team metrics;
-Experience managing own P&L
-Great English written and spoken communications;
