-University graduate - Computer and Communication Engineering or Computer Science degree or equivalent.
Experience
-Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a structured software development environment.
-Developed applications using C language on UNIX and Windows platform. Knowledge JAVA and MFC is a plus.
-Developed applications using MYSQL as relational database. Experience with Informix is a plus.
-Have a good knowledge of XML and HTML, CGI and web applications.
-Have good experience with and knowledge of GSM and mobile network related areas.
-Have worked as a Senior Development Engineer on projects of 5 or more engineers.
-Experience working with international development teams and within virtual development teams.
-Good management and leadership skills.
-Be able to work under pressure to deadlines.
-Excellent communications skills.
-Able to read, write, and communicate in good English
-Positive attitude is a must.
-Flexible and cooperative.
-Willing to travel.
-Team player.
-Good task documentation skills.
-Decisive and calm in any situation.
-Ability to lead and manage a team of Software Development Engineers to achieve its goals.
-Ability to work with the development manager and the product management team.
