Job description

You are a specialist responsible for selling specific systems and services to end-user customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts. Represent the company to the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities. The focus of this position is to maintain and grow the base business, focus on complex solutions and new business opportunities in named territory/accounts, and support reseller business. This responsibility will be accomplished by establishing a professional working relationship (up to the executive level) with the client, and by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry. This position will tailor strategy and solutions to meet the needs of the customer and interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solution development.

Market Analysis-Product Life Cycle management
Assesses customers trends or competitive advantages that impact product configurations
Solicits critical input from key account and partners to identify product strength, functional or positioning challenges
Expertly integrates product launch initiatives and market campaigns to leverage active marketing programs
Drives efforts to capture end-customer commitment to purchase new generation products

Pricing Advocacy – Forecasting &Reporting –Business Control
Collaborates closely with direct and indirect sales to identify and decide discounts and promotional prices that keep products competitive in local markets and key accounts

Product Line development through Education, Communication, and Sales Support
Educates local partner and direct sales on products and key positioning messages to generate interest and gain mind-share
Actively collaborates with field sales in pursuing major deals and growing account wallet share
Conducts or actively participates in war room conferences with Sales Directors and General Managers to develop the best win solution for major deals

Selling
Spends significant time meeting with end –user customers, channel partners in relation to business development and pricing actions.


CERINTE

Fully qualified and experienced
Directly related work results; including demonstrated
Achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of business customer and higher level customer interface
Detailed knowledge of key customer types of customers on given products
Typically 3-5 years of experience as referenced above
A self-motivated, go-and-get approach and the will to win
Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills
An organized, team approach
Fluent English and local language skills
