* Managing modules/features through all phases of development, from early specs and coordination with a large number of teams and individuals, to patches applied to WebKit.org codebase
* Understanding, reviewing and providing feedback on specs, architecture and implementation approaches.
* Closely cooperating with other teams (both internal and external to Adobe) to achieve common goals and drive alignment.
* Organizing the process - Managing resources, prioritizing tasks, planning and scheduling, monitoring progress, managing risk
* Hiring, coaching, goal-setting and performance reviewing team members
* Inspiring and mentoring the team. Ensuring that team dynamics continue to be healthy and that team cohesion is high
* Developing and improving processes to optimize team’s efficiency and effectiveness
Technical
* University degree (BS/MS) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* Very good knowledge of web technologies
* 4+ years of experience with low level technologies such as C, C++.
* Capable of quickly understanding WebKit.org engine and helping the development team
* 3+ years of experience as a software development manager on commercial products
* Good knowledge of design patterns
* Ability to understand business context and requirements
* Strong customer focus
* Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus

* Able to motivate, inspire and grow team members
* Excellent communicator in English (both spoken and written) - you’ll need to engage with a large number of teams both internal and external, standards bodies and individuals
* Extremely well organized, able to navigate in uncertain situations and keep going towards the final goal
