RESPONSABILITATI

Key tasks include but are not limited to the following:
¿ Oversee the complete software development cycle. The development manager must be fluent in all phases of development from specification gathering, design, coding, testing, and delivery of high quality software patches and releases.
¿ Develop and/or upgrade software using coding standards, processes, and standard technology stacks. The development manager is expected to lead the development and implementation of these standards for custom application development.
¿ Provide regular status, project-tracking updates, and overall assessments to the Management Team often interfacing with people located around the world.
¿ Meet committed delivery dates with the highest level of quality.
¿ Manage engineers to deliver projects in accordance with scope & plan, including identifying issues and working them through closure.
¿ Provide technical leadership to the team.
¿ Conduct formal employee evaluations and performance reviews.
¿ Contribute to the career development of each employee.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate should have experience with building and leading successful, large scale, global development teams. He/She should be highly intelligent with an expert understanding of development technologies and must be able to converse on this topic at all levels including briefing executives, business analysts providing requirements, solutions analysts proposing designs, development managers leading developers, and systems administrators requiring configuration specifications. The candidate must be well versed in development processes and life cycles and have solid experience leading a development team through the entire life cycle including design, development, and maintenance.

Although not definitive, the ideal candidate will typically have the following:
¿ 5+ years Management / Team Lead experience
¿ Software Engineering or equivalent degree;
¿ A successful track-record delivering large and complex projects in a global environment with a preferred background in enterprise IT business
¿ Solid understanding of software development life cycles (specifications, design, coding, source control, testing, release building, implementation, delivery, and maintenance).
¿ Strong experience with Oracle database, tools, applications background.
¿ Excellent communication, presentation and meeting skills particularly with cross country communications.
¿ Capability to learn new processes and technologies quickly
¿ Good project management skills.
