- University graduate - Computer and Communication Engineering or Computer Science degree or equivalent (MBA a plus)
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a structured software development environment.
- 2+ years in a development management role
- Have good experience with and knowledge of GSM and mobile network related areas.
- Have managed development projects of 10 or more development engineers.
- Experience working with international development teams and within virtual development teams.
- Good management and leadership skills.
- Decisive and calm.
- Be able to work under pressure.
