Dynamic Credit Partners opened a subsidiary in Bucharest (Dynamic Credit Solutions) at the beginning of January 2011 for the analytics side of their business. Therefore we are looking for competitive professionals to join our team and help develop up-to-date software for analyzing and understanding the ever-changing world of structured credit and derivative markets.
Type of work:
- Primary: Model/Software Development
- Secondary: Processes Optimization, Communicating and Reporting to the Headquarters
Type of position: Full Time/Internship

- Graduate or Master Graduate in Computer Science, Informatics, Cybernetics or similar
- Good knowledge of programming languages, C/C#, VBA; Experience with Databases: MS SQL/MySQL;
- Knowledge of ASP.NET, Model-View-Controller, Object-Relational-Mapping (like NHibernate, Linq or Entity), HTML/CSS/jQuery
- Programming combined with finance knowledge is a plus. Matlab knowledge is a plus.
- Analytical thinking, good academic record
- 1 year of working experience on similar positions
- Excellent communication abilities
- International Outlook: ability to operate within an international network.
- Interest in financial markets (or willing to learn about it)
- Proficiency in English

We specialize in a wide range of structured credit products in Europe and the U.S. (RMBS, CMBS, Whole Loans Mortgage, CDOs, ABS and Derivatives). Dynamic's edge is its extensive experience in sourcing opportunities, analyzing security risk/reward via its sophisticated proprietary models and systems, and conducting portfolio construction, optimization, and surveillance. We have a global investor base which is predominantly institutional, and we are Registered Investment Advisor with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Dutch AFM.
Dynamic offers a steep learning curve in an area where knowledge is scarce and demand from banks and institutional investors is high.
