The ideal candidate should have worked in teams delivering software in the Enterprise applications space.
- Develop enterprise class software using Visual Studio 2005 and Visual Studio Team System;
- Engage in discussions and input to the technical strategy and architecture;
- Engage in and support quality process and trustworthy computing initiatives through out the product lifecycle to eliminate architecture, design and coding defects at the source;
- Participate in code reviews to ensure consistently high level of design and implementation;
- Participate and contribute to the design, architecture and implementation of the software;
- As a member of the development team to ensure delivery on time and target;
- You will be required to document your work, to have a high awareness of software security, quality practices and testing and be confident with rapid build cycles.
- An academic degree within computer science, engineering or mathematics will be an advantage but not an absolute must;
- English read, spoken and written;
- 1+ years as individual contributor in software development team;
- An experienced Visual Basic.Net / ASP.NET developer, preferably VB.Net 2005 and ASP.NET 2.0;
- Usage of Microsoft Visual Studio (preferably version 2005 and Visual Studio Team System) as development system;
- Knowledge of developing against MS SQL database is a plus;
- A commitment to quality;
- Willingness to take ownership of features and drive them to completion.
