The minimum requirements you should meet:
- Programming skills (any of the following): Java, JSP/Servlet, JSTL, Struts, J2EE, EJB or C, C++, Visual C++, .NET
- Handles the following database systems: SQL or JDBC, ODBC
- Fluent English.

It is a plus:
- Strong Java/JSP/Servlet programming skills and experience
- MySQL and/or MSSQL experience
