The Network Provisioning team is responsible for the oversight of network related build outs for new and existing On Demand customer installations. The team works closely with other On Demand organizations to gather customer requirements, submit configuration requests, monitor the build process, and troubleshoot issues that may arise. The primary interface with the customer is through the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) however the team occasionally works directly with the customer where appropriate. In addition the team is responsible for the development of, enhancements, and bug fixes to the Netauto tool used to assist the build process. The Netauto tool provides a means to automate a significant portion of the build process which significantly reduces build time and increases accuracy of the delivered configuration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Involvement in complete software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and support for the Netauto application.
-3-6+ years experience design and developing software.
- Experience in J2EE Web application development.
-Strong experience in Java, JDBC, JSP, Servlets, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
-Experience with databases, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle
-Experienced in object oriented software development
-Excellent written and oral communications skills.
-Quick learner and attention to detail.
-Should have a high degree of self-motivation and should be able to work well with others.
-English language is a must.
-Experience architecting and designing J2EE Web application development is preferable
-Knowledge on Struts and other MVC frameworks preferable
- Preferred experience in developing applications using Oracle Technology stack.
- Write test cases using Junit, regression testing, or benchmarking.
