Create, implement and manage programs that use social media marketing techniques to increase visibility and grow an online community based around BitDefender brands
Monitor trends and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media at BitDefender
Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities. Research, explore and integrate emerging Social Media applications into BitDefender’s social media strategies
Measure the impact of social media actions (monitoring, analyzing and reporting)
Monitor the company's and competitors' on third-party websites, social networking sites and industry specific sites and maximizing company's reputations (forums, blogs etc)
EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of social media tools and techniques
Background in social media is necessary (social networks, forums etc)
Minimal marketing knowledge (traditional, new media, guerilla and ‘word of mouth’)

This is a demanding position which requires someone who has lots of energy, is dynamic and proactive also quality driven in their approach to work. The successful candidate must:
Good English and Romanian
be a quick learner (how to use different software and tools)
have an analytical and creative mind
have excellent copy writing skills
be creative
have willingness to experiment
ability to deal with uncertainty
ability to contribute individually, and lead, manage or participate in cross-functional teams
ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information
persuasiveness
ability to create great working relationships with all levels within the company and across multiple disciplines
The following skills are desired, but not necessary:
minimal knowledge of HTML/PHP and Forum CMS
minimal knowledge of SEO
knowledge of Google Analytics
