Key duties of the position include:
- Monitors and coordinates the activity and performance of the sales force – maintaining, developing and managing a portfolio of legal entities clients (SME);
- Manages the key clients;
- Collects all information transmitted by the sales force from the market and identify an unitary offer of products and services;
- Actively participates at the client acquisition process jointly with the network sales & Management staff;
- Monitors and reports the SME business sales results through an SME reporting frame;
- Creates benchmarks of the product, sales force, alternative channels and prepares the necessary strategic monitoring surveys and ensures the liaison between the HO related departments MIS, IT etc. and branch network related to the SME back office issues (operational, risk, credit analyses);
- Creates sales leads through SME client database, campaigns etc.
- Identifies and proposes the participation at SME related events: exhibitions, fairs, work-shops etc.
- At least 2 years banking experience in clientele/ sales and/or lending activities directly related to SMEs area;
- Experience in credit and finance is preferable; previous sales & coordination experience would be an asset;
- Fluent English, both spoken and written;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Good communication and team-orientation skills;
- Creative, dynamic and committed;
- Pro-active business developer.
