The nominee is expected to conceive pro-active strategies of launching and implementing new business / financial products for the SME sector and initiate specific researches and analysis. She/ he will oversee and co-ordinate SME sales operations and campaigns within the branches and ensure supervision of targets and indicators.
At least 2 years banking experience preferably in credit, financial analysis and financial areas;
Degree in Economics; relevant post-graduate studies would be appreciated;
Sales background with a bank or a financial service provider;
Experience in designing, implementing, improving and following up processes; personal attempts in setting up business within branches/ departments would be a plus;
Fluent English, both spoken and written;
Good communication and team-orientation skills; commitment and creativity requested;
Strong business minded professional, proactive business developer.
