- Expert in General Accounting, Closing and Reporting with Genpact’s customers;
- Ability to adapt to various accounting systems able to interpret the needs and requirements of the clients;
- Support controllership in the General Accounting, Closing and Reporting area, providing expertise to the ongoing operation and the new transitions
- The ideal candidate should have 3+ years accounting management experience in a multinational company
- Should have very good command of English. Any other European language will be a plus. (French, German and Spanish)
- Experience in General Accounting, Closing and Reporting process for a multinational;
- Exposure to US GAAP, IFRS or other international GAAP
- Able to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for project implementation
