- Responsible for verification and legal interpretation of documents pertaining to relationship and accounts opening and to subsequent modifications concerning accounts operating authorizations, related to legal persons (SME);
- Responsible for checking of the correctness, completeness and timely input of the customer related data in the bank’s administrative system and makes appropriate corrections when necessary;
- Monitors files completion in accordance with local legal requirements and ING internal procedures;
- Responsible for ensuring optimal administration & centralised control of all errors related to the clients’ files, providing required explanations to Office Manager and closely monitor the ING Office(s) to send the documents for completion of the file;
- Covers other accountabilities and specific tasks delegated by the department responsible, as justified by the business needs.
- University degree in Law or University degree in Economics;
- For graduates of Law University previous experience in analyzing the documentation of Small and Medium Enterprises would be an asset and for graduates of Economics University previous experience in analyzing the documentation of Small and Medium Enterprises is mandatory;
- MS Office, E-mail, Internet;
- English well verbal & written would be an advantage.
