-Contact companies in the SMB (small and medium business) market via telephone to collect about networking technology used and planned by these companies
-Promote to these customers specific Cisco products and solutions within marketing campaigns
-Enter the information into call center software
-Work closely with Cisco Territory Market Manager (Sales Manager for SMB business)
-Student or fresh graduate
-Experience in interacting with customers via telephone
- Marketing or sales experience desirable
- Bilingual (English and Romanian)
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone skills
- Able to build business relationship on the phone
- Work toward goal achievement using teamwork/collaboration, motivation, and time/work prioritization
- Ability to establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals while using appropriate resources
- Work well under pressure, professional demeanor, positive attitude and personal initiative
- Must be internet (WWW) proficient, and knowledge/experience using Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Networking knowledge is preferable
-Competitive compensation with a fixed component and a variable component based on results;
-Flexibility in the working hours schedule;
-Training in using processes and tools, as well as regarding Cisco products and solutions.
