RESPONSABILITATI

- Drive standardisation and productivity improvement;
- Train and coach Process Engineers for effective application of Six Sigma and LEAN tools;
- Conduct Quality Awareness Training and/or Green Belt trainings for associates;
- Ensure quality and tollgate rigor for the processes in transition;
- Support transition team in target setting and CTQ measures for new processes. Define process performance measures base lining, target setting and implement CPS/PS measurement and reporting process;
- Work with Functional Operations Managers and Process Excellence Leader to identify, coordinate and implement process improvement projects and initiatives;
- Perform regular data collection, evaluate and report performance (performance dashboards);
- Coordinate and support multiple performance improvement projects to deliver measurable benefits;
- Work closely with Genpact users and customer group representatives to achieve maximum acceptance of the project results. Lead the change acceleration program aspects of projects throughout project completion;
- Improve process capability;
- Participate in or lead special projects as assigned.


CERINTE

- Black Belt Six Sigma Trained;
- Strong Six Sigma, Lean and Processes Re-engineering background;
- Demonstrated deep functional knowledge in one or more service delivery areas;
- Strategic thinking ability ¿ prioritization of strategic vs. tactical steps in light of long term Genpact and customer organization objectives;
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills and PC proficiency;
- Ability to set the agenda and drive themes for larger business impact improvement initiatives;
- Excellent project management skills, including knowledge of project management tools and techniques;
- Excellent communication skills, outstanding interpersonal, facilitation, influencing and presentation skills;
- Effectively managing groups of Associates and Managers;
- Problem Solving Approach ¿ including logical, systems oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly and work independently;
- Advanced French and English language skills (Reading, writing, listening, oral and understanding);
