¿ Demonstrate good command of Six Sigma and Lean concepts, tools and skills;
¿ Drive standardisation and productivity improvement;
¿ Train and coach Process Engineers for effective application of Six Sigma and LEAN tools;
¿ Conduct Quality Awareness Training and/or Green Belt trainings for associates;
¿ Ensure sharing of best practices within the organization;
¿ Work with Functional Operations Managers and Process Excellence Leader to identify, coordinate and implement process improvement projects and initiatives
¿ Support transition team in target setting and CTQ measures for new processes Define process performance measures baselining, target setting and implement CPS/PS measurement and reporting process;
¿ Ensure quality and tollgate rigor for the processes in transition;
¿ Perform regular data collection, evaluate and report performance (performance dashboards);
¿ Coordinate and support multiple performance improvement projects to deliver measurable benefits;
¿ Work closely with Genpact users and customer group representatives. Lead the change acceleration program aspects of projects throughout project completion;
¿ Participate in and lead special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Sound Six Sigma knowledge, Black Belt certification;
- 1-2 years of practical exposure in any functional domain (Finance, ITm HR, Sourcing, Production, etc) proving understanding of Six sigma concepts and how they apply to business;
- System integration expertise ¿ knowledge of major ERP and related system, including their impact on the business processes;
- Process re-engineering background/Lean knowledge ¿ is an asset;
- Functional exposure in Finance and Accounting ¿ would be preferred;
- Strategic thinker;
- Drive project delivery and impact;
- Project management skills, including knowledge of project management tools and techniques;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Analytical skills
- Team player and demonstrated leadership skills;
- Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation, influencing and presentation skills;
- Ability to effectively share process/business knowledge with others;
- Exellent English skills and at least medium level of German or French.
