Site Services Manager
Site Services role is to provide the optimum IT and Facilities Infrastructure in order to for the Company to run its business in an efficient manner. We do this by understanding the business needs and by taking advantage of the unique capabilities provided by our service providers.
Responsibilities
- Understand the business strategies and apply them to the IT and Facilities operational and project work;
- Understand the needs of our employees and design solutions to increase their productivity;
- Coordinate services suppliers –3rd party companies to which we outsource work;
- Understand current work processes and propose improvements/optimizations;
Academic Background
Degrees in Management/Business Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering or Operations Research/Math/Statistics
Experience Level
• We are looking for future leaders in innovation, analytics, problem solving, strategic thinking, systems integration, project management and collaboration;
• Strong leadership skills, communication and priority setting and ability to work effectively with diverse people are required
• Fluency in English
• Specific technical mastery will be useful.
