- Studying the whole construction process, the contract clauses, the accepted technical offer and the infrastructure needs with the construction manager
- Preparing and managing the initial construction meeting with all the personnel participating in the works execution: commercial department, quantity surveyors, health & safety department, quality control department.
- Developing purchase & production programmes with the quantity surveyor and the construction manager.
- Purchasing the material needed, preparing supplier offers comparison and signing the selected offers proposal.
- Ensuring the technical, administrative and cost control of the works
- Assigning roles to the personnel at site.
- Writing the final works report
- Required education: bachelor’s degree in construction science or civil engineering
- Computer literate: general PC proficiency
- Relevant experience in this field
- Familiarity with programs of construction planning budgeting and programs of invoices and purchase orders management.
- Languages: Romanian, English at conversational and written level
- Seriousness, dynamism, desire to develop
