- Organize the execution of construction works as per the technical project, norms and regulations in force and to the client’s requirements in order to complete the works in due time;
- Organize all activities inside of site;
- Responsible for the quality of the works and ensuring that any remedial works due to non-conformity are executed within reasonable period;
- Responsible for the management of the documents regarding the quality assurance system.
- Graduate of the Constructions Technical University;
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position;
- Familiar with the legislation on constructions;
- Ability to form a good relationship with the local authorities and client/clients representative;
- Good knowledge of English.
