- Full operational responsibility for the facility: logistics, process development, warehouse, processing, administration, health & safety, security;
- Day-to-day management, control, and co-ordination of about 6 direct and 14 indirect subordinates;
- Co-ordination of all sub-departments of the facility, communicating daily with the clients, suppliers, retailers, transport providers;
- Design, implement, and optimize the supply chain process in order to ensure the most efficient and effective service to the clients;
- Integrate new clients and/or processes into the existent operational model and make the necessary adjustments;
- Set objectives, performance standards, and deadlines and follow them up;
- Design, implement, and monitor reports and KPI¿s in order to analyze, control and improve the service;
- Proves to be a good leader in building and motivating a professional and reliable team;
- Promotes and maintains a solid image of the Company in front of the clients, partners, and authorities.
- University Degree
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Strong computer knowledge, including Windows and MS Office suite
- Hands-on leader with powerful commitment to task and drive for excellence
- People management and motivational competence
- Management, marketing and basic financial skills
- Operational planning, problem solving and cost control proficiencies
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Detail and customer oriented
