A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of
SITE MANAGER
Main responsibilities include:
Completing the construction and delivery of the plant within the contract schedule and according to the Safety and Quality requisites and budget terms established, with particular attention to the extraworks of contract and supervision.
Agreeing on the operating budget with the PM and suggests solutions for its better performance.
Ensuring that the work is done in compliance with local regulations and, in any case, according to the policies agreed with the PM.
Managing, organizing and coordinating the Corporate Structure at the worksite to ensure the project is achieved within the provisions of the budget, the quality and safety requirements and the times and costs.
Checks that all the technical and quality control documentation is present on-site, coordinating with HQ or the subcontractor companies.
In accordance with the project's technical requirements, ensuring that the Health and Safety Plan and the Worksite Quality Plan is known and implemented both within the company's structure and in that of the subcontractor companies.
Checking that the work of the subcontractors complies with that required in the approved project documents, with the appropriate skilled staff according to the instructions in the qualifications of the procedures.
Checking that all the control equipment and instrumentation are available on time, properly calibrated and certified by recognized Bodies.
The candidate should have a deep knowledge of:
University graduate in Construction/Engineering/Civil Planning;
English/Italian advanced knowledge;
Project/order planning and control;
Procurement Specific product techniques;
Site (construction, start-up) and material management;
Negotiation and Entrepreneurship skills;
Results-oriented;
