- You will coordinate the entire lease process for commercial/retail real estate;
- You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining close relationship with customers;
- You will actively monitor market to identify and acquire suitable properties;
- You will prepare presentations, documents and proposals for negotiations for each client, ensuring also all the legal documentation;
- You will actively be involved in negotiating the contracts in order to best represent the company's interests;
- You will recommend and develop effective strategies to adapt to the market changes.
- You have University degree, completed by a solid background in Land Real Estate business for retail chains;
- You have extensive experience in managing the Land Real Estate Lease process;
- You have solid analytical skills and the ability to effectively organize and coordinate multiple activities;
- You have excellent selling and negotiation abilities as well as interpersonal skills in building and maintaining business relationships;
- You are pro-active, target-driven, sales-motivated and dynamic.
