- About 3 years experience in building development and site management
- Strong project and construction background
- Civil Engineering University degree / Architectural University Degree
- Good knowledge of the Romanian real estate and construction market
- Good knowledge of construction law, building and security regulations
- Good knowledge of work place standards and guidelines
- Excellent communication and negociation skills
- Ability to work independent and at one’s own responsibility
- Willingness to travel
- Good data handling skills (Autocad, MS OFFICE)
- Good English knowledge.
