Basic Function of Position:
- Construction book
- Following the progress of the construction works

Position Elements:
- Supervision received: Receives supervision from the Management.
- Exercise of Judgment: Must have the management and supervisory ability to organize, manage and supervise the assigned function efficiently. Must be tactful, yet effective, in dealings with Company¿s personnel, various contractors, vendors, tenants and service providers.
- Authority to Make Commitments: Full authority to establish priorities in the performance of his/her duties and responsibilities; full authority to initiate procurement of goods and services.
General Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years site experience;
- Education: University degree-civil engineering;
- Language Proficiency: good command of English.

Experience:
At least two years of progressively responsible experience on construction sites.
Knowledge:
The applicant must possess advanced AUTOCAD and MS project knowledge.
A detailed knowledge of local regulations, practices, capabilities, and procedures as they relate to the areas of functional responsibility is required. Must have a good working knowledge of personnel, property, procurement, and computer literacy.
Skills and abilities:
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, be proactive and exercise good judgment. Confidence to work well with firm personnel at all levels. Must be able to formulate recommendations and also take decisions for maintaining the Firm administration in a high state of efficiency.
