RESPONSABILITATI

In this versatile role you will be representing our Company in the showroom, you will be the first contact for our clients, welcoming and supporting them and you will support your team with the daily business.
- Showroom consulting and sales
- Preparation of tenders and order management
- Correct and economical handling of orders on schedule
- Office Management (telephone, post, correspondence, deliveries)
- Responsible for the quality of internal and external correspondence
- Office equipment & literature (order management, organization)
- Organization of meetings & events
- Administration of cash book
- Assisting sales staff
- Technical support of showroom, prototype furniture and seminar room
- Preparation for welcoming guests
- Labeling – showroom
- Showroom - inventory
- Hotel reservations
- Branch cash
- Maintenance building
- Maintenance showroom
- Active contribution to Team building
