RESPONSABILITATI

1. Update Should Cost database with market information
2. Define and update Should Cost models for existing and new components
3. Validate new Should Cost models for existing & new components
4. Define and report cost drivers for existing & new components
5. Propose target price for components during PQF activity
6. Map competiveness reports for his/her family of components by Suppliers / Regions / Process Technology
7. Map Actual sourcing price versus plan of competiveness
8. Update Cost Plan for his/her family of components
9. Project target prices of his / her family of components on Strap period in accordance with Cdty Strategy.
10. Support VE initiative by running Should Cost analyse on the components
11. Support HOS initiative by running Should Cost analyze to validate HOS benefits

- Degree in engineering
- Experience in manufacturing process or supplier quality management (ideally casting, machining, grinding, stamping, assembly), or product development (automotive industry preferred)
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
