• Managing the budget of common expenses in all their variants – technical, marketing and administrative.
• Managing the service agreements that are necessary for the running of the Shopping Centre.
• Assuring the observance of the Shopping Centre Operating Regulation.
• Identifying and implementing actions that contributes to an increase both in the number of visitors and in the total sales of the shopping centre.
• Determining needs and present investment proposals (for large change or improvement works).
• Assuring that the Safety & Health and Environment procedures are implemented in the site.
• Degree in Management / Economics or Engineering
• 2 or 3 years previous experience in the real state area
• Strong commercial experience.
• Previous experience in managing teams
• Fluency in English and Romanian
• Excellent in Microsoft Office Tools
