The successful SHOP MANAGER will have to focus on the following areas:
¿ Maximize sales and exceed customers¿ expectations whilst adhering to company¿s policies and procedures.
¿ effectively manage all available resources in order to maximize Shop profitability
Main responsibilities for this role include:
¿ maximize sales through effective sales floor management
¿ proactively develop initiatives in order to optimize local market opportunities
¿ ensure customer expectations are exceeded in terms of service standards and product knowledge in order to grow the customer base
¿ coach and develop the team members
¿ develop and manage the performance of the shop team to achieve its full potential whilst following company¿s policies and procedures
¿ ensure that all operational areas are maintained in line with company¿s standards: stock management and control, cash management and control, administration of the location, the presentation of the shop
¿ ensure that the shop operates effectively
¿ Ensure that the shop and personal presentation standards are permanently applied in order to provide a professional image of the brand and its values.
Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills make you a top candidate.
We expect computer proficiency and at least 2 years' management experience, as well relevant sales experience. University Degree and fluency in English are a must for these positions.
