On behalf of our client, a multinational company having the headquarter in Austria, dealing with famous brands in sport and fashion field, we are looking for a Shop Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Management of the entire shop activity, pro-active development and optimization of all selling opportunity;
• Maximize sales and exceed customer’s expectations;
• Promote and sell the image of the brand;
• Ensure that all operational areas are maintained in standards and procedures: stock management and control, cash management and control, administration and security of the location, presentation of the shop;
• Coach and develop the team members;
• Develop and manage the performance of the shop team to achieve its full potential;
• Ensure that the shop and personal presentation standards are permanently applied in order to provide a professional image of the brand and its value.
Requirements:
• Experience in selling; previous experience in a middle managerial positions it’s a plus;
• Constant customer-orientated attitude;
• Leadership;
• Result orientated; responsible and well-organized person; rigorousness;
• People management; communication and negotiation abilities; ability to work in collaboration/ team-work;
• Very good German, English would be a plus;
• Ability to work in a team, good communication skills, reliable, eager to learn, openness/integrity;
• Availability to travel.
