For our existing/new shops in Bucharest, Constanta, Iasi, Satu Mare and Pitesti we are currently seeking dedicated and motivated employee for the SHOP MANAGER position, with following responsibilities:
-Manages all retail activity in the store;
-Ensures appropriate stock, according to store and company policy;
-Manages re-assortments in order to ensure optimum level of sell out and stock;
-In store merchandising;
-Coordinates store staff (staff selection, training, organizing monthly activity, performance appraisal, motivating the staff);
-Ensures the shop is running according to all legal requirements and represents the business unit in relations with local authorities;
-Upholds ethical behaviour;
-Management reports.
The successful candidate must have:
-Experience in management position (at least 2 years experience in store management position);
-Extensive experience and knowledge in retail operations;
-Excellent communication skills;
-Merchandising knowledge;
-Customer service orientation;
-Focus on delivering results;
-Good command of English;
-Good computer knowledge.
