- The Direct Order Coordinator is dealing with order entry and order management.
- The shipment exception Direct Order Coordinator will concentrate his/hers activities on treating exceptions that happened during the shipment of the goods for the consolidation HUB in Holland and this for all routes to market using Venray consolidation.
- Next to this the Direct Order Coordinator will execute the inventory reconciliation reports and flow-up for the Distribution and Consolidation HUB in Venray.
The main responsibilities are:
- Express shipment management from consolidation HUB;
- Management of missing and damaged boxes;
- Management of combined or split deliveries;
- Trigger manual hold;
- Monitor orders ¿on hold¿ shipment;
- Close orders which bypassed the HUB;
- Inventory reconciliation between warehouse WMS and SAP.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Sales Admin support job with basic administrative & clerical support for sales;
- Experience in taking care of ongoing business and acting as liaison between various internal organizations;
- General understanding of order administration;
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written;
- Advanced knowledge of the IT tools (MS Office ¿ Excel);
- Good analytical skills;
- Customer oriented behavior;
- Very rigorous and organized.
