This position requires a technical background in IT domain for a Data Center serving a banking system. Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring the actions of the Monitoring Operators
- Ensure an effective workflow throughout the shift.
- Coordinate the Monitoring Operators team;
- Provide clear and concise reports on all shift activities to the manager;
- Keeps, monitors and permanently follows-up on the shift project log with specific tasks for the Monitoring Operators;
- Provides timely support for solving work issues with his / her limits of knowledge and responsibility.
- Very good knowledge of English especially speaking;
- Very good communication skills;
- Good PC knowledge ¿ MS Office, Data Base programs;
- Proactive Person;
- Very organize person;
- Client centrated;
- Previous team leader experience.
- Training on the job;
