3+ years of experience in Service desk desk operations;
3 years experience in Computer Service industry which includes service desk experience;
Trouble shooting of IT domain capability - experience, education and knowledge in trouble shooting of a generic IT environment;
Team mentoring and training skills
Ability to learn new technology and advances and further document and train the analysts;
Ability to perform in adverse situations, Critical Incident management and High Severity case management.
Excellent Soft skill, Communications skills Voice & Email to handle global customers;
Excellent Communication skills in English and at least one European language.
