You will be working for the Knowledge Management Production, a division of the International Production at Ubisoft.
Job objectives
-Manage the creation and maintenance of the SharePoint websites used by the production teams in the EMEA zone: 1,750 collaborators in 10 studios (Paris, Montpellier, Annecy, Barcelona, Milano, D¿sseldorf, Bucharest, Sofia, Kiev and Casablanca)
- Definition of the user’s needs (in line with the global strategy and the websites’ coherence)
- Creation / migration of the websites
- Advanced customization depending on the requests
- Training of the websites’ new managers
- Follow-up of the websites’ evolution and extraction of the Best Practices for other teams
-Management of the SharePoint Center website, relevant to all SharePoint sites admins (Business and Production, for all 3 zones : EMEA, NCSA, APAC)
- Creation of tutorials
- Management of a Q&A board
- Support of the Ubisoft SharePoint experts’ network, in collaboration with the coordinators of the NCSA (America) and APAC (Asia) zones.
- Organized, autonomous, awareness and service-oriented : reactive to the prod teams’ needs
- Curious, inventive, resourceful : will have to master SharePoint rapidly and develop a uniquely sharp expertise
- Very good spoken and written French / English
- Very good mastery of computers, experience with SharePoint 07 and other communications and networking tools (blogs, wikis, notably Confluence, etc.) are assets
- Interested in collaborative work and information technologies
