Administrates participant's accounts;
Checks, calculates and divides contributions into participant’s and beneficiary’s accounts for 2nd and 3rd pillar;
Answers complaints and requests from both agents and participants;
Assists designing and documentation of work processes;
Assists in testing new administration software system;
Performs the (non-standard) administration of a voluntary pension fund.
At least 1 year of experience on a similar position;
Proven track of insurance or investments back-office experience;
Excellent Computer skills (MS Office), knowledge of Oracle is a plus;
Good command of English;
Strong analysis and organizational skills;
Independent decision making process is mandatory;
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
Initiatives driven, fast learning, responsibility taker;
University degree.
