Adecco, the worldwide leader in HR solutions is recruiting for one of its clients, a leading company in soil management and drilling (agriculture), a highly professional Service Technician (agriculture)
The Service Technician is responsible for service of company’s machinery within a certain region, to farmers. His overall task is to make sure that farmers investing in our machineries are truly satisfied. The service manager will work with the following activities:
• Technical support on the phone
• Practical service work on machines in the field. Solve problems.
• Unloading and mounting of machines
• Start up of new machines in the field.
• Assist salesman in demonstrations of machines in the field
• Customer service trainings
• Visit farmers in order to solve problems, catch possibilities to do new business as well as to sell parts
• Shows and exhibitions – setting up, attending
• App. 25-45 years old
• Calm, patient and stable personality. Service is 50% technique and 50% psychology.
• Open and creative mind.
• Good technical understanding. Can weld and solve problems independently.
• Understands modern farming. Possible farmer’s son or other farm experience.
• Can drive modern tractors
• Can speak English (must)
• Hands on approach, willing to work with his hands.
• Minimum basic knowledge in
• Mechanics / Hydraulics / Electrics studies
