Internal: Sales department, technical Support in Germany
External: End Users, machine manufacturers, automobile industry
Tasks
-Service for our products (e.g. Sinumerik 810D/840D/FM-NC, SINUMERIK 840C, Sinumerik 802 S/C, D, Simodrive 611A/D/U, Micromaster etc.) on telephone and on site
-Commissioning our CNC-machines for machine manufacturers.
-Configuring CNC-machines for our customers
-Preparing training courses and training for our customers
Education
University degree in electrical engineering.
Knowledge/Languages
Programming CNC-machines, Step7 and Step 5
Foreign languages: English (German is an advantage)
Good general computer skills, Windows
Experience
Several years of practical experience in commissioning Sinumerik CNC-machines.
Capabilities
Result-oriented, initiative, creativity, planning and organisational abilities, technical knowledge, ability to learn, communication skills, customer demand orientation, good team worker.
