On behalf of our Client, a prestigious company, world-leading provider of sustainable productivity solutions, we are looking for a Service Sales Representative, located in Bucharest.
General Description:
The Service Sales Representative will be part of the Road Construction division of the company that is one of the greatest growth potential for the Customer Center in South East Europe.
Responsibilities and objectives:
The successful candidate will join a highly motivated growing team and will report the Business Line Manager Road Construction Technique. The key responsibilities can be summarized as follows:
• Mapping of existing installed based on the field
• Establishing relevant KPIs to measure current market penetration and set targets
• Follow commercial factory trainings in the product companies
• Process leads provided by various marketing campaigns
• Establish the direct sales of service solutions to key accounts
• Develop dealers in order to create service sales culture
• Perform reference visit with dealers to model the right sales behavior
• Closely follow up of dealer sales performance
• Customize and deliver class room service sales training to dealers
• Develop right maintenance sales argumentation by cooperating with technical department
• Support credit control activities related to service sales
• Participate in the overall road construction dealer network development

Experience Requirements
• 2 – 3 years in B2B and B2C sales or Marketing related roles.
• Specific commercial experience in the Construction or Mining or Related Fields will be highly appreciated.
• Experienced in presentation skills for both products and services is a must.
• Experienced Driver with a clean driving license.
Knowledge
• Excellent command of Romanian and good command of English is a must.
• Any other language of the region will be appreciated.
• Good computer knowledge is a must.
Educational requirements
• Degree in Engineering preferably in construction/automotive or at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• A Relative Masters focused in Sales and Marketing is a plus.
