RESPONSABILITATI

Part of HP World Wide Services Customer Operations, Engagement Customer Operations is responsible for administrative services, engagement financial information and analysis for customer projects in the Consulting Integration, Operation Services & Technology Solution businesses.

-Responsible for developing & implementing process quality improvements & re-engineering projects within Engagement Customer Operations, working at world-wide level.
-Contributes to continual process improvement activities in area(s) of responsibility, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction & high standards of business control.
-Evaluates and makes recommendations on specifications for new system tools or existing system enhancements.
-Plans, implements & trains on new processes & system tools both within Engagement Customer Operations & the broader business & finance teams.
-Leads or forms part of review teams to assess country compliance with respect to Sarbanes-Oxley or other business control reviews.
-Develops, monitors & reports on ongoing performance metrics.
-Participates & may lead process initiatives for Business Operations.

Two roles

COMPASS Role

-Compass scope & Change Request management
-Manage the process, communicate updates, maintain documentation
-Compass Tester leading to Testing Lead

Business Process Role

-Process Owner for identified Policies & Procedures. Responsible for the on-going development & maintenance of all policies & procedures in identified areas.
-Focal Point for overall administration of WW New Service Offering Introductions & changes to existing offerings within Engagement Process


CERINTE

-excellent command of English spoken & written
-self-starter
-excellent communication skills, including ability to train on new processes/systems
-highly developed process development & documentation skills
-project management knowledge
-team player, ability to work virtually
-flexible working hours (2-3 a week evening teleconferences from home).
-european & international travel max 4 -5 a year
-engagement Customer Operations or Compass (SAP) knowledge will be an asset
