Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to level 1 team and expertise on services and platforms
- Provide expertise for service proving and validation phases
- Controls and validates software specifications and functionalities for new services
- Responsible for test plan and organization of proving phase
- Issue new specifications for tools and services evolutions
- Accountable for standard operations and administration of service platforms
- Real time analysis of faults and customer tickets
- Initiates escalation process
- Perform and drive preventative maintenance
Requirements:
- Informatics / Telecom degree with 2-3 years experience in an operational IT or Telecom environment in a large company.
- Master at least one of the following : UNIX, LINUX/AIX
- WAS and Dbase management: (oracle, Sybase, Mysql)
- Languages: KSH, Perl, HTL, Java , XML
- Knowledge of at least 2 of the following monitoring tools: HPOpenView, Patrol, Cacti, Fticheck, Nagios, $Universe, NetBackup
- Virtualization system (VmWare)
- Fluent in English
- Communication skills
- Customer oriented
