- orders and follows up the deliveries from Airpower
- unloads the service specialist from too many customer calls
- is the first contact point for customers with any service related question/problem
- assists to improve reliability and availability on the service contracts
- maintains databases and achieving the aftermarket information
- leads and coordinates the activities of a team of technicians
- handles customers in an efficient and professional manner
- schedules the work and plans visits ensuring coordination of parts and labor
- supervises and ensures parts are received and stored in the correct areas and all documentation is filed accordingly
- promotes Service Plans and generates leads for sales
The position is based in Otopeni, Ilfov.
Transport is provided by the company.
- at least high school degree
- good planning experience
- technical experience would be an asset
- good computer skills: Word, Excel (and Lotus Notes)
- working in a customer focused environment is an advantage
- planning activity knowledge
- oral and written English is an advantage
- structured, good planning , organizing ability and time management skills
- strong sense of urgency priority and efficiency
- team player
- ability to built strong and effective work relationships with customers and colleagues
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- self motivated, able to take initiative
Training in required areas will be available to the successful candidate
