RESPONSABILITATI

Primarily:
1. Thoroughly comprehend the overall business strategy and strategic goals, and from these, develop a local parts and service business strategy and activities to meet them
2. Develop and grow the parts and service business, including market share and profitability
3. Lead and manage the area parts and service organization on a cost efficient and motivated way.
4. Supervise and support skills’ development of service managers and service personnel of the area, contributes to global concepts and contents of training for service personnel.
5. Actively co-operates with area service managers of other areas.


CERINTE

- Graduate in engineering, preferably Electrics, Electronics, Mechanics
- ability to read and understand electrical circuits
- availability for business travel
- minimum of four years experience in a service company, across different job levels
- customer-oriented
- excellent communication and sales skills
