- General management of the Romanian branch
- Coordinating and controlling of all services with regards to commercial and accurate excellence
- Responsible for optimizing the customer relations and satisfaction in service operations
- Achieving the budget and KPI’s targets
- Responsible for developing the strategy and for finding new, potential sales opportunities
- Incresing the market share in service; developing new areas of the market
- Responsible for a successful leadership, for coordinating and developing a team
- Ensuring accurate and relevant information and support to the sales department
- Controlling and coordinating the administrative operations in the service department
- Technical Diploma with additional commercial qualification
- Extended professional experience with leadership responsibility
- Good technical & commercial understanding and know-how
- Strong skills in purchasing and supplier management
- Good negotiation and diplomatic skills
- Customer orientated and supportive attitude
- Strong ability to organize and delegate;
- Very good social skills
- Good IT skills ( MS-Office, SAP, Lotus Notes, Internet)
- Good knowledge of labour law as well as technical and legal rules and regulations
- Stress resistance; Driving licence and willingness to travel
